This cartridge uses a dual piston configuration engineered for 10:1 ratio chemistries: the A-piston (PA, self-venting lip seal) manages venting and pressure equalization, while the B-piston (PA, solid lip seal with O-ring with Silicone O-ring) provides a chemically sealed barrier on the hardener side. This design maintains accurate ratio delivery and consistent seal integrity across the full cartridge volume. The PBT cartridge body offers superior chemical resistance and dimensional stability, making this variant suitable for demanding formulations and environments requiring enhanced material performance. This cartridge uses the BS flange interface and is designed for use with DM and DP dispensers.
