In-Line Static Mixers
Nordson in-line static mixers are used for dispensing two component materials (adhesives and sealants) under high-pressure. There are various configurations of in-line mixers: steel housing with removable steel elements; steel housing with permanent steel elements and steel housing with plastic elements. Plastic elements without the housing are also available; these allow the end user to custom configure their own static mixer. Series 100 “pipe” mixers are modular allowing multiple mixers to be attached.

Nordson (TAH) plastic disposable static mixers are used for mixing epoxy, silicone, acrylic, methacrylate, polyurethane, polysulfide and other adhesives as well as sealants and coatings. Nordson mixers are designed to work with dual cartridges and meter mix dispensing machines (MMD). Static mixers are used in diverse applications such as general industrial, electronics, communications, automotive, aerospace, construction, computer hardware fabrication and many others. There are a huge variety of mixer styles available. Materials of construction for the housings and elements include nylon, polypropylene and polyacetal (Polyplas which is the TAH trademark for polyacetal.)
