Series 100 and 101

Nordson Series 100 all stainless steel inline pipe mixers are designed for high-pressure applications that use two-component materials (adhesives and sealants). In-line mixer housings are made from type 304 stainless steel. The spiral elements are made from type 316 stainless steel and are available in a non-removable style and as a removable style for ease of cleaning. These “pipe” mixers can be coupled together with pipe connectors to create longer inline mixers using the male threaded NPT pipe end. Cleaning may be affected by solvent flushing or using a high temperature furnace.
