Series 480A

Nordson new Series 480A Optimixers are disposable plastic turbo bayonet static mixers. The design is patent-pending. The OptiMixer’s unique design includes material flow path improvements and redesigned wedge elements. Both contribute to significantly improved mix quality in a length that’s about 20% shorter than comparable square mixers – the shortest in the marketplace. The short length allows the operator to be closer to the work area. The bayonet fitting allows attachment to standard 50 ml cartridges. The housing is made with polypropylene and the elements are made with polyacetal. Nozzle tips that are available include: slip luer, full bore and luer lok. Available with Nordson SmartLok adapter to fit F-System Side x Side cartridges. OptiMixers attach to most large volume, multi-ratio cartridges including ’s u-TAH® Universal, Side x Side, and 380mL Coaxial cartridges.
