AQ Series

The medmix MIXPAC™ Q-System is a compact, construction-focused two-component cartridge platform designed for high-ratio adhesive and anchoring applications. The AQ series is built around 10:1 cartridge formats, making it especially well suited for chemical anchoring, dowelling, concrete repair, and other applications where controlled metering and dependable mixing are critical.

AQ series cartridges use a coaxial cartridge assembly in which the two material chambers are arranged concentrically rather than as two equal side-by-side barrels. This space-efficient format supports compact 10:1 dispensing while helping maintain clean separation between components before they enter the static mixer.

Available in 150 mL, 310 mL, and 380 mL capacities, AQ cartridges are offered in PP and PA configurations depending on the specific cartridge. The system uses outer and inner vented piston assemblies to support reliable material feed and consistent dispensing pressure across high-ratio formulations.

For mixing, AQ cartridges pair with medmix MGQ QUADRO™ and KMGQ high-flow QUADRO™ static mixers, giving users efficient mixing performance for standard and higher-output construction applications. Dispenser compatibility varies by cartridge volume: 150 mL cartridges may require an additional plunger, while 310 mL and 380 mL formats are supported by compatible DM2 manual and DB2 battery-powered dispensing tools.
