The Sulzer Mixpac AB series is the core B-System dual cartridge line, built for reliable, safe, and easy-to-use dispensing of two-component adhesives and sealants across industrial and trade applications. Its separated outlet port design keeps each component on its own path until the mixing tip, preventing cross-contamination and back-curing inside the cartridge for longer, more dependable shelf life.

Available in 25 mL and 50 mL volumes on the standard B-System flange, the AB series covers the full ratio range — 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 — suiting epoxies, polyurethanes, acrylics, silicones, and other two-part chemistries. Cartridges are offered in PP, PA, and PBT, plus recycled PCR PP and Azure variants from the greenLine family for customers with sustainability targets. A choice of HDPE AirFT, solid, and self-venting lip-seal pistons, with optional EPDM or silicone O-rings, lets formulators tune each cartridge precisely to its material and shelf-life requirements.

The AB series is compatible with MBH / MBHX Helix and MBQ / MBQX QUADRO mixing tips, and runs on the DMA and DMB manual dispensers as well as the TS408 pneumatic dispenser. A B-System to K-System interface converter is also available, allowing AB cartridges to be adapted to K-System mixers for added flexibility.
