MP Series

The Sulzer Mixpac MP series static mixers introduce X-Grid Technology, a uniquely engineered element geometry designed to deliver highly efficient mixing of demanding two-component materials. The MP series is specifically suited to extremely high viscosity systems and heavily filled materials including fiberglass-loaded, plastic-filled, and thermally conductive paste formulations. The X-Grid element design achieves thorough mixing in a shorter mixer length than comparable traditional static mixers, directly reducing material waste per application. MP series mixers are compatible with both C-style Mixpac cartridge dispensers and meter mix dispense (MMD) equipment, offering broad deployment flexibility across manual and automated dispensing systems. The range is available in three element styles — MPF, MPH, and MPP — to address varying application and flow requirements.
