Series 180A and 180AN

Nordson series180A and 180AN plastic mixing nozzles have a patented design – a square geometry for the housing and mixing elements. This unique design affords better mixing performance than comparable cylindrical static mixers, according to a variety of studies. The mixers have a polypropylene housing and polyacetal elements, and are shorter than the more standard cylindrical nozzle. This shorter length allows more accurate deposition of adhesive and also minimizes waste compared to standard mixer designs. The “AN” series nozzles have an “integral nut”.
