AJ Series

The medmix MIXPAC™ J-System is a heavy-duty two-component cartridge platform designed for construction adhesives, chemical anchoring compounds, structural bonding materials, and other high-demand 2K formulations. Built around a side-by-side cartridge format, the J-System provides reliable metering and clean dispensing across a broad range of cartridge sizes and mix ratios.

J-System cartridges are available in construction-focused capacities from 350 mL through 1500 mL, with common ratios including 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, and 10:1. Depending on the specific cartridge size and ratio, configurations include PP and PA cartridge bodies, self-venting valve piston assemblies, solid piston options, and either side-by-side or coax outlet formats. The system is engineered to help maintain material separation before dispensing, reducing the risk of cross-contamination and premature curing at the cartridge interface.

For mixing, the J-System pairs with medmix MGQ QUADRO™ and KMGQ high-flow QUADRO™ static mixers, giving users a choice of mixer geometries for standard or higher-output construction applications. The cartridge family is supported by a full dispensing ecosystem, including DM2 manual dispensers, DP2 pneumatic dispensers, and DB2 battery-powered tools, with the correct dispenser selected by cartridge volume and mix ratio.
