The Sulzer Mixpac AC series is the production-scale dual cartridge line of the C-System, built from high-quality chemical-resistant plastics to meet stringent shelf-life stability and metering requirements for formulated two-component adhesives and sealants. With 200 mL and 400 mL volumes, it serves the larger-throughput end of two-part dispensing.

The AC series covers the full ratio range — 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 — suiting epoxies, polyurethanes, methacrylates, and other two-part chemistries. Cartridges are offered in PP and PA, with greenLine Azure PA variants available for customers with sustainability targets. All cartridges ship with self-venting pistons in PP, PA, or LDPE configurations, and EPDM O-ring options are available for materials requiring additional sealing. Nose plugs and preassembled caps are fitted as standard.

The AC series is compatible with MCH and MCHX Helix mixers, MCQ QUADRO mixers, and the high-flow MGH / MGQ mixer families. The system runs on a dedicated high-force dispenser ecosystem — the DM2X manual dispenser (6.0 kN), the DP2X pneumatic dispenser (5.0 kN), and the DB2K battery dispenser (5.0 kN) — delivering roughly four times the output force of the A and B System dispensers, suited to higher viscosities, larger bead sizes, and continuous production use.
