Sulzer Mixpac AF 400-01-20-04 — 400ml, 1:1 ratio dual cartridge, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT).

The PA self-venting piston design allows air to escape during dispensing, ensuring smooth, consistent material flow and preventing pressure build-up that could affect ratio accuracy or cause dripping between shots. Self-venting pistons are well suited to the high-volume, high-throughput dispensing demands of industrial production environments. The PBT cartridge body provides excellent resistance to solvents and elevated temperatures, suited to specialty chemistries — particularly high-ratio systems — that require higher material compatibility than PP or PA.
