Sulzer COX pneumatic 2-component dispensers deliver consistent, high-force output for demanding two-part dispensing in production and field environments. The AirFlow 1 and AirFlow 3 series accommodate cartridge capacities from 200mL to 1,500mL, with cartridge ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, and 10:1, including coaxial and side-by-side configurations. All models feature air return as standard, adjustable air regulators, and quick exhaust valves, with maximum forces up to 1,124 lbf at 100psi. The range includes side-loading multi-ratio variants, twist-and-lock plunger systems, and support disc designs for secure cartridge fit — suited for medium to high viscosity epoxies, polyurethanes, and structural adhesives.
