The Sulzer Mixpac AA series is a compact, precision-engineered dual cartridge system for professional two-component adhesive and sealant dispensing in industrial manufacturing, assembly, and production environments.
Spanning 50 mL and 75 mL volumes with ratios from 1:1 to 10:1, the series handles epoxies, polyurethanes, acrylics, silicones, and other two-part chemistries. PP, PA, and PBT cartridge materials and a choice of solid HDPE, AirFT, and self-venting lip-seal pistons (with or without EPDM O-rings) let packagers tune each cartridge to its material and shelf-life requirements. All cartridges ship with a preassembled cap.
The AA series is compatible with MAH Helix and MAQ QUADRO mixing tips and works with both the DMA manual and TS408 pneumatic dispensers — giving production engineers the flexibility to deploy a single cartridge format across manual, semi-automated, and pneumatic dispensing workflows.
