The Sulzer Mixpac AB S series is the S-flange branch of the B-System, designed for the larger-volume and higher-ratio end of two-component dispensing. Like the rest of the B-System, it uses a separated outlet port design that keeps each component on its own path until the mixing tip, preventing cross-contamination and back-curing inside the cartridge for longer, more dependable shelf life.

Available in 50 mL and 75 mL volumes on the S-flange (B S50 / B 75) format, the AB S series concentrates on the 10:1 high-ratio range alongside 1:1 and 2:1 options, with a strong emphasis on PBT cartridges paired with silicone O-rings — a combination suited to more demanding and chemically aggressive formulations. PP and PA materials are also available, along with greenLine Azure PBT variants for customers with sustainability targets. Piston choices include HDPE AirFT, solid, and self-venting lip-seal designs to match material and shelf-life requirements.

The AB S series is compatible with MBHX Helix and MBQX QUADRO mixing tips and is matched to the DS manual dispenser as well as the TS408 pneumatic dispenser. A B-System to K-System interface converter is also available, allowing cartridges to be adapted to K-System mixers for added flexibility.
