The medmix MIXPAC™ F-System is a high-performance industrial dual cartridge system manufactured from premium, chemical-resistant plastics to meet the stringent shelf-life stability and precise metering requirements of complex formulated products.
Spanning 200 mL and 400 mL capacities with mixing ratios from 1:1 to 10:1, the F-System design features separated outlet ports that reliably prevent cross-contamination and back-curing of materials. The AF series cartridges are available in multiple material configurations—including PP, PA, and PBT—and now feature eco-friendly PCR PP (Post-Consumer Recycled Polypropylene) options as part of the greenLine product family. All cartridges ship with preassembled nose plugs.
Engineered for maximum versatility, the AF series is directly compatible with high-efficiency MFH Helix and MFQ QUADRO™ mixing tips. To support diverse production environments, the system pairs seamlessly with a full ecosystem of application tools, including the DM2X manual dispenser, DP2X pneumatic dispenser, and DB2K battery-powered dispenser.
